To psalmist, poet, priest and King,
whose words extol, express, or bring
enlightenment to those in need;
I praise you for your tender grip
of things that much more easy slip
between my actions and my deed.

And I will raise a banner high,
or whisper words that also try
to benefit this thirsty world,
and hope to bring something of worth
to the temporal heaven of this earth
some bright pennant praise unfurled.

Keith ... I love the photo. First, because of the cross but the colorful rooftops in the background offer a wonderful contrast and warmth. Of course, your words are inspiring, especially, "... or whisper words that also try to benefit this thirsty world"

Excellent, my friend.

What a beautiful psalm this is, Keith...may we raise our banner of praise high!
