A small hand,
in larger grip,
reaches out with inquisitive fingers.
So many questions crown
an uncluttered head
so much to learn.
This world, so new - yet so old,
full of answers.

This place is full of things
much taller than my Mum,
their family bigger than ours
in this meeting place of old and new.

Each one here has fingers stretched,
a forest searching clutching
seeking warmth.

This tree has so many tails.

What an absolutely precious photo--and to be at that stage where the world is full of answers...ah, a lovely thing to be reminded be like a child. : )
