Who will hold me?
When kissing becomes criminal,

embrace a hanging offence

and smiling is banned

for fear of encouraging dance,

who will hold me ?

Who will warm me ?

When unsocial distancing

condemns to separate beds,

cuddling is via the internet

and the smallest inflection

leads to argument,

who will warm me ?

And what about 'us' ?
Alien nation, alienation

the separation, the distance

between our breaths

in an 'usless' community,
